Since 1998 FAN rents about 300 qm laboratory space in the
ZENIT-technology park.
The laboratories are well-equiped for pharmacological and
physiological experiments, including galvanic power supply and electrical
grounds, central special gas and de-ionitized water supply as well as
Electrophysiological setups for intra- and extracellular
measurements in vitro and in vivo
Blood gas control and laser-doppler-blod flow control
Histology (Parafin- and Kryostat-Slices) and
comuter-assisted analysis of brain damage
Fluorescence microscopy and histochemistry
Confocal laser scan microscopy
Acute and organotypic brain slices
And many other methods in collaboration with our local
